Our Team
BucksVision has a small but dedicated team of staff who are supported by a fantastic team of over 200 volunteers.
Steve Naylor, Chief Executive
Steve joined BucksVision in 2015 from the Citizens Advice Bureau in Milton Keynes and is responsible for leading the organisation, with a focus on strategic development and effective partnership working.
Lynn Hitchcox, Fundraising Manager
Lynn joined BucksVision in 2019 having previously worked at The Horse Trust as their Development and Event Executive. Lynn will be responsible for raising funds for and awareness of BucksVision and sight loss in general.
Sarah Fox, Grants and Trusts Fundraising Officer
Sarah joined our team in November 2021 having previously volunteered with us. Sarah will work closely wiht Lynn to help raise funds by applying for grants from Trust and Grant organisations.
Alison Deuchars, Operations Manager
Alison joined the team in 2011 and oversees all of the operations of BucksVision. Her role of Operations Manager involves managing the office, services, communications and supporting the Chief Executive and Board of Trustees.
Samantha Lah, Volunteer Recruitment Officer
Sam joined BucksVision in 2012. Since 2014, Sam has been our lead for recruitment, support and management of volunteers, across all of our services. Sam is also responsible for organising and running our very popular Experience Days.
Lisa Redford, Volunteer Supervisor
Lisa joined BucksVision in 2016 as our Volunteer Supervisor. Lisa is responsible for our Home Support Services as well as assisting with recruitment and support of volunteers.
Sally Collier, Administrator
Sally joined in 2016 as Administrator. Sally's main duties are on reception, which means she is the first point of contact for our customers both on the phone and in person. Sally also provides administrative and other assistance to the team.
