Steve joined BucksVision in 2015 from the Citizens Advice Bureau in Milton Keynes and is responsible for leading the organisation, with a focus on strategic development and effective partnership working.

Operations Manager

Abi joined the team in February 2024. She is responsible for overseeing BucksVision's operational activities, including service delivery and financial processing. Abi has over 10 years' experience in the charity sector.

Beth joined the team in April 2025, having previously been the Fundraiser at Carers Bucks and Carers MK for 10 years. She has a wealth of experience in all aspects of fundraising and a passion for the local community.

Paula joined the team January 2023. Paula’s role is to apply to various grant and trust organisations to bring in money for projects and core funding.

Milena joined our team in June 2026 after nine years of developing and supporting a volunteering service at a homelessness charity.  She’s passionate about creating strategies to enhance the volunteering experience.

Lisa joined BucksVision in 2016 as our Volunteer Supervisor. Lisa is responsible for delivery of our Home Support Services, and the recruitment and support of our Home Services volunteers.

Sally joined in 2016 as Administrator. Sally's main duties are on reception, which means she is the first point of contact for our customers both on the phone and in person. Sally also provides administrative and other assistance to the team.
